Keyboard Shortcuts in Close Window/Save Dialogs

When you close a window without saving, you can hit Return to select the default choice, Cmd-Period to select the cancel button and Cmd-D to select the "Don't Save" button. When saving a file, you can use Cmd-Shift-N to select the "New Folder" button.
