Turn Off Full-Page Zoom in Safari 4

Safari 4 introduced a different kind of zoom when zooming a web page. Previously, when hitting Cmd-= or Cmd-- (minus) to zoom a page in or out, the font would increase. However, in Safari 4, using Cmd-= and Cmd-- zooms the entire page in the same way that the iPhone's web browser does. To change it back to text zooming only, go to the View menu and select "Zoom Text Only".

If you want the full-page zoom, it might be possible to enable it in Safari 3 using this MacOSXHints.com tip.
